This fully 3D-printable replacement turns it into a bagless, reusable powerhouse with built-in cyclone separation – dramatically reducing filter clogging, extending runtime before the red blinking light appears, and making your vacuuming much more eco-friendly (and wallet-friendly!).

The cyclone inlet spins incoming dirt around the bin, centrifugal force throws heavier debris against the walls where it drops to the bottom. This keeps fine dust away from the filter far longer than the original design. You’ll vacuum way longer without losing suction!

 - With "dust cork" (a fun print-in-place flap that gets sucked upward during use and automatically drops back down when you stop – super satisfying!).
 - Without cork – offers better airflow for maximum performance.
- Dust bin – Same capacity als the Hetty Quick dustbags, easy to empty.
- Filter lid with clamping ring – Securely holds your custom-cut filter.
- Filter cutting guide ring – Perfect template for cutting a precise circular filter from an original Hetty Quick dust bag (reuse what you already have – no extra costs!).

All parts are designed to print without supports and most features are print-in-place. Assembly is simple but solid: the dust bin has internal threads on both ends, while the cyclone and lid have external threads – just screw them on securely (no clicking or fragile clips).

How to Make the Filter (see the photos!):

1. Take an old or new Hetty Quick dust bag and cut it so you can lay it flat.

2. Use the cutting ring as a template to cut a perfectly round, straight piece of filter material.
  - Pro tip: You can cut approximately 4 round filters from a single Hetty Quick dust bag, including the top section of the bag!

3. Place it in the lid and lock it in with the clamping ring – ready to go!

My Print Settings & Colors:

I printed the cyclone, lid, and rings in matte pink PLA and the dust bin in transparent PETG – it matches the pink Hetty Quick perfectly and looks awesome while you watch the cyclone in action!

Pro Tips for Best Performance:

- Empty the dust bin after every use (takes just seconds).
- Tap or brush the filter outdoors to remove dust – keeps your Hetty running strong.
- The no-cork version gives the best airflow, but both perform great.
