Description

I made this outdoor Solar Powered Lantern for my mom's front porch. It has holes on the bottom to allow you to screw it in if you want to make sure it stays secure to the 4x4 post. The bottom piece is attached with screws and heat set inserts and you could easily modify the attached fusion 360 file to make it larger or smaller if you need to. I made the bottom and base pieces separate to avoid having to print a lot of supports as well as providing options interchangeable bases, like the ground post version of the bottom that I uploaded alongside this, but I never actually used that so I don't know how well it would actually work. I printed everything with PETG because it is going to be outside and I have been told that its better for that than PLA.
