A compact two-part enclosure designed specifically for the HLK-LD2410 mmWave radar module, providing mechanical protection and a clean, professional appearance while preserving full radar performance.

The enclosure uses a slide-on front cover and integrated snap features to hold the PCB securely in place without screws or glue.

✦ Assembly

1. Insert the HLK-LD2410 PCB into the base
2. The PCB snaps into place using the integrated retention clips
3. Connect the JST-SH connector at the rear opening
4. Slide the front cover onto the base until fully seated

The PCB is held securely in place and can be removed if needed.

• Layer height: 0.08 mm (recommended due to small size and fine details)
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Filament: PETG
• Infill: 15–25 %
• Orientation: Print as supplied
• Supports: If your slicer reports missing supports, simply keep support enabled — no support material will be printed.
