Tardis - Book Nook - illuminable

Description
Opening a book can take you into far distant worlds in an instant. Exactly like the Tardis does.
I printed this small ornament to bring a little light into my book shelf.
There are two versions of the Tardis available for download, V1 is to print in place with a lot of colour changes modeled as two parts and V2 is to assemble for folks with little filament or no AMS at all with all the parts being on seperate plates.
I used matte navy blue for the body and transparent filament for the windows, lights glass and the letters in the Police Box sign. However white would probably work just fine for the transparent parts. The sign was printed in white. The details were printed in black.
The sign exists in a total of three versions, however the smaller writing was not readable however I tried to scale it. Play around with it but I would suggest using the simpler one with the biggest writing. That is also the only part that doesn't slot in anywhere. Printing the sign in Paper provides the best resolution though.
If you chose the assembly version be careful with the top light and window beams. Supports are not an option except if you have them dialed in on spot, otherwise the beams break away during support removal. If you slide in the glass for the lamp the lamp shade could easily brake at the fragile beams. I used a small round file to make it fit just fine. Have fun assembling!
I hope it will take you places.
