Boost Me (for free)

If you are happy with the model, I would appreciate a boost

I have created a funnel + cap for a bilge pump. The funnel or the cap is connected to the base plate via a bayonet fitting. The bilge pump is needed to conveniently drain wastewater from a caravan into the drain via a hose. Thanks to the pump, this also works on an incline

The parts were printed by me with PETG-CF. The seal from TPU. The drilling template can be printed from simple PLA

For assembly, you will need the following materials:

Hole saw 38mm

4x Heat-set insert M4xD6.5xL6.0

4x Screw M4x16

First, the heat-set inserts are melted into the counter plate. Then drill a 38mm hole in the desired spot on the lid. Now place the drilling template on the hole and drill the holes through the lid with a 4mm drill bit. I also placed a TPU seal between the bayonet adapter and the counter plate. Theoretically, this can also be omitted. The whole thing is then screwed with the M4x16 screws

Then you can simply twist either the cap or the funnel into the bayonet adapter

Have fun with it. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions
