The Round holes on the Top lid are for 10mm Diameter and 2mm thick magnets. Just dont put anything metal on the lens Side!


First, You will need some hardware. M3 Screws, 2mm Steel dowell pins, M3 Threaded heat inserts and optional magnets.

If you have a larger printer, Like the H2D ,  You can Print This File - “V2 Bottom lens for Larger bed sizes” Instead for the Bottom half. This model is larger but has  integrated side handle attachment points to reduce hardware and extra assembly. See Image below:

Depending on which screws you want to use, delete the Clips you don't want, before printing the plate with the clips. You will need 1 pair but there are 2 versions, 1 for m2.5 screws and one for M3 screws.

 

The parts (Image below) are Side handle attachment Points. You will need to use 6mm Long and 4mm Diameter M3 heat inserts. You will need a Total of 2 Per Tab and a total of 8 inserts.
 

These holes (Image below) are for M3 screws To Join the Tabs with heat inserts from the image above ^.

Use (Image below) 2mm diameter and 30mm+ length dowel pins in the hinges. I Prefer Pins over screws for Hinges because less chances of damaging the threading.

If you want, you can drill out the holes and use M2.5 screws or perhaps M3. But using M3 screws might make the hinge weaker, As there is less Material. 

Use M3 x 40mm Screws here (Image below), this is where the clips will latch onto.
