Description

This is a very niche thing that I designed to fix a problem within the data center industry, specifically cabinet design by large manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, SWDP, ect…

This space is designed to replace the loose spacers data center cabinets come with to hold the front and rear doors in position. Where the spring loaded metal rods meet the cabinet body, they usually come with spacers that end up falling out almost every time the door to a cabinet is removed. This design is taken from that specific piece and upsized ever so slightly to pressure fit into these holes. They require to be tapped in with a small hammer.

You may need to adjust width sizing based on your printer tolerances. If they break too often on use, i recommend using 3 wall loops to increase the sheer strength. I also recommend using PETG or other materials that are designed to be in harsher environments on cold and hot sides. And it can't be too brittle like PLA that will break very quickly when impacted.
