This holder was developed to maintain the rear turn signal/indicator spacing in accordance with EU type approval on the ERIDE PRO SS series (tested on a 3.0) when using the sport/offroad rear variant. The original spacing is too short. This holder remedies that and enables reliable assembly with the prescribed minimum spacing of 180 mm at the inner edge of the illuminated area.

The holder and cover are printed in TPU 95A. This prevents the turn signals from breaking easily and keeps them flexible.
The cover is intentionally long and connects both sides. This prevents the turn signals from rotating/folding at the screw and ensures they remain in their intended position.

The 2 sleeves must be printed in a rigid material (PETG, ABS, PLA). This prevents the holder from being crushed at the screw when tightening. Should the screw not fit into the sleeves, enlarge them slightly in the slicer (approx. 1%) or simply let the screw cut its own thread.

Please do NOT tighten the screws TOO TIGHT, as this can destroy the holder by crushing it.

The following is required:

2x screw M6x30 mm
2x screw M5x16 mm
2x washer M6x18 mm (diameter)
2x washer M5x12 mm (diameter)
2x self-locking nut M5

All parts should be made of stainless steel, nuts should be self-locking.

I use ELEGOO 95A TPU with perfect prints.
The print settings in my 3MF are adapted settings from:

(Many thanks for this profile!), with which I achieve perfect print results.

Tested on a Bambu P1S
