Description

This is a hard case with a magnetic closure, designed for Bose headphones. The original soft case that comes with the headphones is not very durable. Also, the included cables do not have a dedicated slot. With the box insert, the headphones, 3.5mm cable, and charging cable fit snug and secure inside the container. The magnetic closure holds strong and does not open when shaken. Without the insert, the box can be used for a variety of purposes, or you could create your own custom insert. The Bose logo can be removed from the lid by removing the color painting.

Required Hardware:

x2 M3 threaded heat Insert for hinge

x2 M3x30 fasteners with countersunk head for hinge

x6 12x3mm magnets

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Press the two M3 threaded inserts into the inside part of each hinge on the large part of the case. There is a  recessed area where each insert gets pressed in.
  2. Press the magnets into the six holes on the case and the lid. Ensure they have the correct polarity to allow for the box to latch.
  3. Align the hinges and install the two M3x30 fasteners, screwing them in from the outside of the hinges.
