P2S Tissue Box – Bambu Lab P2S Design

This tissue box, designed in the style of the Bambu Lab P2S, is both a decorative and practical 3D printable model
It is ideal as a decorative box or for cube tissue boxes — also perfect for wipes to degrease the print bed 😉

There is now a complete AMS version of the P2S Tissue Box 😍

The side panels (right & left) and the top part with the P2S logo are printed separately

The parts are pluggable and allow for clean multicolor printing with AMS 🎨✨

👉 Depending on printer tolerance, a drop of glue may be used when assembling the side panels

🧑💻 For the AMS version, there is a new print profile for everyone who wants to print the model completely with AMS

📂 Additionally, a folder with all files is available for downloaders

🖌️ Print & Assembly Instructions

• Recommended material: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• No supports needed

Required magnets (10 pieces in total):

• 🔹 Lid: 8× D = 5 × 3 mm
• 🔹 Door: 2× D = 5 × 3 mm

Magnets can be pressed in or glued 🧲✅

🛠️ Assembly

🧲 Magnets – correct polarity

Lid:

1. Place 4 magnets (5 × 3 mm) flat on the table 🏷️
2. Place the lid on the magnets and press them in 👆
3. Place 4 more magnets on the inserted magnets so that the polarity is correct ✔️
4. Press the lid including the magnets into the housing from above 📦

Door (front):

1. Place 1 magnet on the table 🏷️
2. Place the door from the front onto the magnet and press it in 👌
3. Place a second magnet on top to transfer the polarity ✔️
4. Press the door including the magnet into the housing from the front 🏠

🔩 Door assembly with pins

The door is secured with 2 pins:

1. First, push the upper pin into the upper hole in the housing ⬆️
2. Place the door in the closed position 🚪
3. Push the lower pin through the door hinge into the lower hole of the housing ⬇️
4. Then pull the upper pin, using the lug on the pin, downwards through the door hinge into the door 🔧

This ensures the door is correctly assembled and movable 🔄

🏷️✨ Note on inserting the logos (Bambu Lab & P2S)

• Remove any residual support material with a small screwdriver or tool
• Smooth out any small imperfections if necessary
• Depending on printer tolerance, the lettering can be:
  • slightly pressed in
  • or glued if needed 🖌️🧲

After assembly:

• Lid and door hold securely 🔒
• But can be easily opened and closed 🔄

🆕 Modular System / Expansion

This tissue box is designed as a modular system
Optionally, a drawer inlay is available as an upgrade, which replaces the classic tissue box and transforms the box into an organizational system
