I had the problem of having to remove all 4 brake calipers on my car for painting. Since I didn't want the brake lines to “drip”, I designed these caps here.
They can be printed very simply with a 0.4mm nozzle and the whole set takes less than an hour.
The caps have an M10x1 internal thread and, in my case, fit the brake line nipples from BMW.
It's best to print them in PETG, as PLA is too brittle and won't seal properly. Do not overtighten the caps, otherwise, the bottom will break off.
