Description

This is a 3D-printed holder designed for LiFePO₄ EVE C40 40135 cylindrical battery cells, focused on easy assembly, safety, and modularity. The design allows you to build a custom battery pack in almost any shape while keeping the cells securely aligned and electrically insulated.

The holder supports fast assembly using busbars and M6 nuts, with no spot welding required. Integrated channels help with clean routing of balance wires, and the design fully covers exposed terminals to reduce the risk of short circuits. The cells are secured using zip ties, eliminating the need for metal brackets or screws while still providing a strong and vibration-resistant mount.

This system is ideal for DIY battery packs, electric vehicles (ATV, go-karts, bikes), solar storage, campers, and other custom energy projects where reliability and safety matter.

Great design. I wish there would be an 18s version using the 2 remaining slots.
