Description

This is a 3D printed kendama designed for strength and easy assembly.
The model is designed to use an M6 × 110 mm threaded rod, which is inserted directly during printing using a built-in print pause.

To complete the kendama, you will also need a string attached directly to the kendama or any string approximately 60 cm long.

Required Hardware

  • M6 × 110 mm threaded rod (inserted during print)
  • String (~60 cm length)

Important Assembly Notes

  • The print includes a pause, during which the M6 threaded rod is inserted into the ken
  • Printing then continues, locking the rod securely inside the kendama
  • To ensure the cup (sarado) holds firmly on the ken, you can add a small piece of electrical tape around the ken for a tighter fit

Printing Notes

  • Recommended materials: PLA, PETG, or stronger filaments
  • Higher infill is recommended for better durability

⚠️ Disclaimer: This is a 3D printed kendama. Durability depends on print settings and material choice.
