Schwalbe Tire Lever Case
Print Profile(1)

Description
New tire levers are available from Schwalbe. These are certainly great functionally. However, with the old versions, they could be plugged together and thus always stayed together. This is no longer the case with the new version. But there are 3D printers, and that's how you can solve this.
I have created a case that holds the 3 tire levers of a set together. This way, they cannot get lost, and you don't have to search for them if they are scattered.
The case is pushed over the set of nested tire levers. The logo on the case is above that of the tire lever. With a click, the case then fits firmly and no longer shifts. On the underside of the case, there is a thumb recess from which you can remove the tire levers from the case.
Printing is done with 3 walls and 15% infill by default. Supports must be used. After printing, care must be taken to remove the support in the recess of the stopper. A knife blade or a scalpel can be used for this.
PLA or PETG can be used as filament because the mechanical forces acting upon it are not extraordinary.
