The X-wing starfighter is a fictional space fighter from the Star Wars series, known for its iconic X-shaped foldable wings and equipped with powerful laser cannons and twin proton torpedoes. There are various models of X-wing fighters, with the T-65B and T-65C-A2 models serving as the mainstays of the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War, participating in the Battle of Yavin and the Battle of Endor. The first Death Star was destroyed by Luke Skywalker piloting a T-65B X-wing starfighter.
This model (excluding the stand) is 335mm long, 325mm wide, and 181mm high. It is entirely 3D printed, requires no hardware, and needs super glue for assembly.
During the design process, space was reserved for potential future lighting, but suitable glowing parts of the right size have not yet been found. Several attempts were unsatisfactory, so there are no lighting effects currently. I will continue to search for suitable glowing parts.
In the uploaded model photos, the first batch shows the final effect after printing and painting, while the latter batch shows the effect after printing without any further processing.

Assembly Instructions:
During the following assembly process, if parts do not fit securely enough, apply an appropriate amount of super glue to the contact surfaces for assistance in fixing them. This will not be mentioned for each step.
1. Assemble the Fuselage

Assemble the front and rear sections of the fuselage

Assemble the robot and the decorative fan blades. Note that these fan blades come with their own shafts, similar to the engine fan blades that will be used later. Do not use the wrong ones

Assemble the nose cone

Assemble the tail section
2. Assemble the Engines

Assemble the fan, fan shaft, and fan bracket together

Insert the fan assembly from the previous step into the engine

Install the exhaust flame
Assemble all four engines sequentially
3. Assemble the Laser Cannons

Insert the gun barrel into the gun body. Note that there is a small groove on the barrel that needs to align with the small protrusion on the gun body

Insert the front decorative piece and light column into the gun barrel. Note that the small groove on the decorative piece needs to align with the small protrusion on the gun barrel
Assemble all four gun barrels sequentially
4. Assemble the Wings

Install the engines onto the wings. Note: the engine exhaust flames face backward, the non-flat side of the wing faces forward, and the grooves on the engine align with the two protrusions on the wing (pay attention to the red box area)

Install the laser cannons, paying attention to the direction

Cover with the wiring channel cover. Note that each wiring channel cover corresponds to a specific wing and cannot be interchanged; please find the one that fits perfectly. This wiring channel cover and the grooves on the wing are reserved for future lighting arrangements. They currently have no practical function and serve only as decoration
Assemble all four wings sequentially
5. Attach the Wings

Insert all four wings into the fuselage. Each wing has a corresponding position and cannot be swapped. Please refer to the image above for installing each wing
6. Install the Pilot and Canopy

7. Assemble the Stand

The fighter body simply rests on the stand, without a securely designed connection. It is also recommended not to use super glue to fix it, to allow for easy removal and handling of the fighter.
