My previous auto-locking towel hanger was well received, so I decided to create version that uses pressure to lock the towel instead of a ball. This one is significantly more intuitive to use. It features a ribbed design, often associated with Japandi style. I've tested it with regular towels, small towels, t-shirts, hoodies, and bathrobes. So far it worked for all of those. If you need a smaller or a bigger version for other items, let me know in the comments section.

There are 2 versions:
1- Double-sided Tape Version:Â
There is a slot on the back on this version. The slot accepts maximum 18mm wide tape (smaller also works). The slot is textured. Thick & transparent tape will stick significantly better to a textured surface as opposed to a smooth one with PLA, PETG etc. I've tested this very extensively across 5 different models which have a total print count of 20,000+. I would highly recommend thick & transparent double-sided tape (sometimes has red lining) because foamy ones tend to leave residue, and thin ones are not strong enough: Link to the recommended double-sided tape.
2- Screw Mount Version:
This one comes in two pieces: The hanger itself and the mount. The mount has slots for 2 screws. These have 8.5mm diameter entry and 4.4mm exit to fit various screws. Before screwing the mount in, make sure the parts fit together. The fit is quite tight to prevent wobble. Before mounting it to the wall, make sure to insert and remove it a couple of times. If you are having a hard time removing the mount from the hanger, just push it out with a screw driver or something similar. There is a slot for doing exactly that.
