Ironing Test – Speed & Flow (10–25 mm/s | 5–20%)

This calibration model is intended for evaluating ironing settings in 3D printing.

It consists of a grid that combines multiple parameter variations:

• Ironing speeds: 10, 15, 20, and 25 mm/s
• Ironing flow rates: 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%

By running a single print, you can directly compare how different ironing speeds and material flow levels influence the final top surface finish. This makes it straightforward to identify the optimal compromise between surface smoothness, visual shine, and overall printing time.

Ideal for makers aiming to achieve cleaner, more uniform, and near glass-smooth top layers with minimal visible lines.

Questo modello di calibrazione è progettato per valutare le impostazioni di ironing nella stampa 3D.

Presenta una griglia con diverse combinazioni di parametri:

Con una sola stampa è possibile confrontare facilmente l’effetto delle diverse velocità e percentuali di flusso sulla qualità della superficie superiore. In questo modo si individua rapidamente il miglior equilibrio tra finitura liscia, brillantezza e tempi di stampa.
