🔋 Hilti 22V Battery Wall Mount – Reinforced Remix
This is a reinforced remix of a wall mount for Hilti 22V batteries, redesigned for improved strength and durability in workshops and service vans.
The back plate and side rails have been thickened to provide a stronger wall fixation and better long-term support for the battery weight.
🔧 Improvements:
- Thicker back plate for secure screw mounting
- Reinforced side rails
- More rigid structure
- Smooth battery insertion and secure hold
🧰 Installation:
- Wall mounting with 3 screws
- Ideal for garages, workshops and vans
🖨 Recommended print settings:
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Walls: 4
- Top layers: 6
- Bottom layers: 8
- Infill: 35% Gyroid
- Brim: External 10 mm
- Supports: Not needed
- Material: PETG recommended (PLA+ ok for indoor use)
