This frame was modeled in Fusion 360 and optimized for clean, reliable FDM printing. The inner cavity size of 90 × 114 mm with a depth of 41 mm is perfectly suited for Fallout T-60 style figures, leaving side space for dramatic LED illumination.
The combination of opaque and translucent materials creates a premium lighting effect, transforming your figure into a true display centerpiece.

The model is designed to be printed in 3 separate print jobs:
1 print plate — PETG Translucent Light Blue (light-diffusing parts)
2 print plates — PLA Basic Black (main frame and back cover)
Recommended printer: Bambu Lab P1S
Layer height: 0.16 mm (Optimal)
No supports required.
🔧 Assembly Process
Assembly is simple and does not require screws:
Insert and glue the LED strip inside the frame channels.
Glue the transparent lower front panel behind the “Fallout” text logo.
Slide the second translucent panel into the dedicated side grooves.
Insert the figure into the frame.
Snap the rear cover into place to close the frame.
The PETG translucent parts evenly diffuse the LED light, creating a soft glow without visible hotspots.
