This design is split into two smart parts (Base & Top) that assemble seamlessly without any additional tools or chemicals. We've designed precise snap-fit connectors that lock the pieces securely together. This allows you to print a full-sized 40cm stool on standard printers with minimal supports and a clean finish.

  • šŸ“ Dimensions: 30x30x40h cm (Assembled).
  • šŸš«šŸ’§ Glue-Free Assembly: Features precisely engineered snap-fit connectors. Just press and lock!
  • ✨ Minimal Supports: The parts are oriented to maximize surface quality and reduce waste.

šŸ› ļø Super Simple Assembly:

  1. Print the Base (legs) and the Top (seat) as oriented in the print profile.
  2. Align the male connectors on the base with the female sockets on the seat.
  3. Press firmly until you feel the parts snap securely into place. That's it!

āš™ļø Print Settings Recommendations:

  • Material: PLA Matte, PETG, or ASA (recommended for best snap tolerance and strength).
  • Walls: 3-4 walls are essential for structural strength.
  • Infill: 15-20% Gyroid.
  • Tolerances: The snap-fit is designed to be tight for a secure hold. Ensure your printer is well-calibrated.
