Description

Boost Me (for free)

Thank you so much for the Boost! Glad you like it. I hope you can share a picture if you print it! 🚀

Bring your bookshelf to life with this atmospheric underwater scene. This model creates a "window" into the deep sea, featuring a detailed jellyfish and coral reef landscape.

💡 Lighting Effect: The design features a dedicated compartment at the back to install a standard LED strip or fairy lights. The rear panel is designed to act as a diffuser—when the light is turned on behind it, it creates a stunning depth effect, looking like sunlight filtering down from the surface.

✨ Key Features:

  • Easy Assembly: Designed in 2 parts (Main Frame + Back Panel).
  • LED Ready: Hidden rear slot specifically designed for light strips.
  • Clean Design: Fits perfectly between books on standard shelves.

⚙️ Print Settings Recommendations:

  • Material: It is highly recommended to use White PLA for the Back Panel (the part with the jellyfish). This allows the light to pass through and create the glow effect. The main box can be printed in white, grey, or black (black prevents light bleeding through the side walls).
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm (standard) or 0.16mm for finer detail on the corals.
  • Infill: 15% (Grid or Gyroid).
  • Supports: The model is designed to be easily printed. Minimal supports might be needed depending on your bridging capabilities, but it is mostly support-free.
