📏 SIZING & SCALE GUIDE (VERY IMPORTANT!)
⚠️ Important Scaling Instructions
When scaling the model, it is very important to select both slippers at the same time (left + right) and scale them together.
🔴 Do NOT scale the slippers individually!
If you select and scale only one side (left or right), the slicer will apply a different percentage, which will break the proportions and result in an incorrect fit.
✅ Correct way to scale:
- Select both slippers together (left + right)
- Scaling will start from a true 100% base
- Now you can safely adjust the percentage (e.g. 102%, 105%, etc.)
- The proportions stay correct, and the slippers will fit properly
This step is essential to achieve a comfortable, accurate, and wearable fit when adjusting the model to your own foot size.
The model is designed for EU size 41.5,
➡️ this equals 100% scale.
For other sizes, use uniform (XYZ) scaling in your slicer.
The model is not parametric, so only the scale percentage needs to be changed — all other print settings are already prepared.
🧮 How to choose the correct size
1️⃣ Measure your foot length from heel to toe (in mm)
2️⃣ Find the corresponding scale % in the sizing chart
3️⃣ Set the scale in your slicer → PRINT 🖨️
💡 Comfort tip:
- For slippers, adding +5–8 mm allowance often improves comfort
- If you’re between two sizes: round up
📐 Quick formula (manual calculation)
Scale % = (Target foot length / 260 mm) × 100
📌 260 mm = EU 41.5 (base model)
🧠 EXTRA USEFUL TIPS
✔️ Measure the internal sole length (heel–toe) directly in your slicer
✔️ Always use uniform (XYZ) scaling
❌ Do NOT scale only X or Y
✔️ Multi-material printing does not affect sizing accuracy

🚀 WHY THIS SLIPPER?
✔️ Fully custom Blender-designed model
✔️ Not a generic or mass-produced design
✔️ Striking fuzzy surface with real geometry
✔️ Multi-material showcase piece
✔️ Guaranteed “You printed this?!” reactions 🤯🔥

🌡️ IMPORTANT – FILAMENT NOTICE
The showcased color effect is achieved using a temperature-responsive eSUN filament that changes color with heat 🔥🎨
This effect cannot be reproduced with standard filaments.
➡️ To achieve the same visual result, this specific eSUN heat-sensitive filament must be purchased separately.
Regular PLA / PETG / TPU filaments will NOT produce this color-changing effect.
