"Kristy" as a printable LED name lamp

The X and Y axes can also be scaled a bit smaller. Please do not forget to scale the covers.

ATTENTION:
The finished name has been included as an STL. The letters are all arranged together. If the print bed is large enough, you can drag multiple letters together onto a plate and print them connected. Please do not forget to "merge the letters". Make sure that the letters do not slip, otherwise the LED channels will no longer fit and the geometry of the entire name will be changed.

Print settings: 0.2mm with 8% infill is sufficient.
For the bodies, I recommend using "seamless" support for the LED channels.

Please do not scale much smaller. Otherwise, the covers might no longer fit.
ATTENTION: If scaled too small, the passages of the letters for the LED will also become smaller. (Perform a test print beforehand) - And do not forget to scale the covers as well.

I recommend NOT scaling the X and Y axes smaller than 70%. (Pay attention to the size of the LED channels)

The covers can also be printed mirrored on the X-axis. This way, the covers fit flush at the front. The disadvantage, however, is that the covers are not quite as easy to remove. I recommend printing a mirrored cover as a test beforehand.

The letter pairs must be glued together. Please ensure that the LED channels are flush with each other. A special adhesive for PLA/PETG is best suited for this.

For LEDs, I recommend inexpensive 1-5m RGB LED strips for 8-15€ or, even better, COB-LEDs. Higher-quality RGBIC LEDs also allow for individually controllable letters, depending on your skill.

For this name length, it is better to use 5m.

I am happy to help with any questions.

I am happy to create further individual LED names upon request and a small donation.
