This compact storage case is designed to neatly and securely organize T-shank jigsaw blades. The design is inspired by Milwaukee’s impact bit cases, resulting in a clean, robust look that integrates perfectly with popular power tool systems.
The case has the exact same footprint as a Milwaukee M18 fast charger, allowing it to fit perfectly inside a Milwaukee HD Box, right next to your jigsaw. This makes it ideal for keeping your blades organized, protected, and easy to access on the jobsite or in the workshop.
Features
- Compatible with T-shank jigsaw blades
- 9 slots, each holding 2 blades
- Integrated finger cut-out for easy blade removal
- Blades stay securely in place
Compact and durable design, suitable for transport

Printing & Assembly Notes
- Successfully printed in PLA
- For increased durability, especially for hot environments, sunlight exposure, or workshop use, a stronger filament such as PETG, ASA, or ABS is recommended
- Print the case body parts flat on the build plate using standard supports
- Print the locking clip upright with tree supports
(This orientation and support setup is already correctly configured in the provided example profile) - The hinge pin is made from standard 1.75 mm filament
Cut a piece of filament to a length of 119 mm and use it as the hinge axle
Important Note About the Locking Clip
The locking clip may feel very stiff or tight during the first uses, and it can feel like it might break.
This is intentional by design. Over time, the clip will become slightly smoother, while still maintaining a firm and reliable closure even after extended use.
