Description
This magazine follower is an original model designed and modeled by me from scratch. It is not a modification or a copy of any existing part – the design is fully custom and unique.
The model was designed with a focus on:
- smooth and stable movement inside the magazine body
- proper cartridge guidance without tilting
- good visibility (when printed in a high-visibility color such as orange)
- easy visual inspection of magazine status during handling
The follower is optimized for 3D printing and can be printed using commonly available filaments. The design takes into account the mechanical stresses encountered during normal magazine use.
An orange follower:
- safer
- easier to visually inspect
- more practical for checks and maintenance
A black follower:
- discreet
- classic appearance
From a functional point of view, orange is more of an advantage than a disadvantage, especially when it comes to safety and visibility.
