Description
This is a 3D printed silicon wheel design with 2 sizes.
equipments :
liquid silicone. ( usually the 50 50 one will work) .
m3 screws.
steps :
- after printing the 3d printed parts pour silicon on a cup with the ratios recommended from company ( usually 50 50 ) and mix it well.
- screw the 2 part mold together and make sure the 2 square sides are together.
- place the wheel upside down where the center part alines with the small hole on the mold. The wheel should not move after placing it there.
- pour the silicon in between the gaps until it is full. then wait after few minutes and pour again.
- wait around 12 hours until the silicon become rubbery then unscrew the mold.
- pull the 2 parts of the mold then push the wheel out from the back. should come out fairly easily.
