Description
Croma sliders are designed to protect the motorcycle from scratches and impacts. The design has been optimized to ensure high structural resistance: it is possible to thread the plastic material directly using a tap (M6 for the front sliders and M8 for the rear ones), or install threaded metal inserts, by appropriately adapting the diameter of the holes.
Printing in ABS or ASA is recommended for best mechanical performance.
The nut is not embedded in the print: interrupting the print to insert a nut increases the fragility of the part and concentrates stress on a single point. Direct threading, on the other hand, distributes loads better across the entire slider structure.
The sliders are not provided pre-threaded because threading done directly during printing is of lower quality compared to that obtained later with a tool.
It is possible to add images or graphic customizations to make the sliders unique.
