🖨️ Printing and Assembly Guide
- Color printing: Color separation and pre-plated have been done, one-click printing, no worries
- Filament recommendations:
- Fu character theme, lucky bag: PLA (Red)
Ingots & Base: PLA (Yellow/Gold)
It doesn't really matter what you use, but it is recommended to use all PLA if you choose PLA, or all PETG if you choose PETG, to avoid excessive tolerance issues making assembly difficult
- Coloring recommendations:
- For the "Fu" character on the lucky bag and the horse's mane, I chose: water-based paint commonly used for figure painting, in metallic yellow (Of course, you can choose other similar colors, and the effect won't be much worse)
✨ Important Notes
Assembly: Designed for three-part assembly (lucky bag base + ingot flow + horse head 'Fu'), secured using a small amount of glue (When removing the support at the lucky bag's rice spike part, please hold it with your hand and use needle-nose pliers to remove it to avoid breaking the rice spikes, I forgot to take photos during removal, but the location is as shown in the picture)
- Structure: The bottom gold plate provides support, the middle is the lucky bag, a small door is designed at the back which opens to reveal storage space (a small functional feature), if not needed, a non-storage version can be printed, the upper part features surging gold ingots and auspicious blessings for the Year of the Horse
- Installation: When installing the gold ingots on the upper part of the lucky bag, fixing them might be a bit tricky, please refer to the pictures for details
- The printed gold ingots have suitable slots that fit just right, just glue them firmly
On that note, let me add something, because the initial positioning points weren't well considered, it might be a bit awkward when positioning and gluing the upper ingots Those who mind this, please print with caution!!! Because I'm a bit of a perfectionist, considering that if anyone had even a slightly uncomfortable experience during assembly, I wouldn't really want to upload it However, my energy is truly limited, and I've already printed several versions during debugging Furthermore, this small detail does not affect the overall formation, so I ultimately decided to upload it
Because I genuinely like this model, rather than enjoying it alone, it's better to enjoy it with everyone!!
Last but not least, the small characters at the bottom of the tray might be a bit unclear due to their size They read "Lucky bags surge with gold ingots, supporting the horse head's blessing" and I wish your life to be like this auspicious scene as well: with a solid foundation, endless wealth, and with the spirit of a dragon-horse, always forging ahead, ultimately achieving stable happiness and complete success
