Poop Chute for H2C / H2D / H2S (with Box)
Print Profile(2)

Description
Update V1.2:
- for the version with holes - the hole structure and the internal curvature have been optimized
- for the version without holes - the internal curvature has been optimized and a triangular opening for exhaust air transport has been added at the top
Hello print friends,
here is an indispensable attachment to make your H2 printer even cleaner
Why this chute?
My design uses the existing threaded hole on the H2 for a central screw and combines this with three magnets for a quick but absolutely secure fit. Should a clog occur, it can be easily cleared by folding away (releasing the magnets) the chute
The design is chosen so that the printer can stand close to the wall
I have taken the liberty of creating two profiles
Profile 1:
- includes the chute in Version 1.1 and a box
- this version has holes so that the printer's exhaust air is not obstructed (this occasionally leads to poop clogs)
- it is a multi-color profile, so an AMS is necessary
Profile 2:
- includes the chute in Version 1.0 and a box
- this version has no holes, the printer's exhaust air is pushed through the triangular opening at the top, into the chute, and possibly into the poop chute
- it is a multi-color profile, so an AMS is necessary
Which chute is better, I leave to you. I am of course testing both versions. :-)
What else do you need?
You only need 3 round magnets with dimensions of 8x3mm and a little glue (small amount) to fix them in the recesses

It is advantageous if the magnet sits flush with the edge. If the distance is not right, use washers or spacers!
I also recommend choosing a slightly longer screw for the upper attachment

A screw with a length of 12mm (BT3x12) is sufficient in my opinion. I cut a screw from the transport security to fit
I printed the chute in multiple colors with PLA. After several print hours, however, I now recommend PETG or ASA. With these filaments, in my opinion, the removal of the poop is significantly better. If you don't like colors, print everything in one color, no problem. The chute just fits on the build plate of an H2C's - Attention, scaling therefore makes no sense!!!
Have fun with it and share your successes!!!
