Description

Italiano:

Dubbi:

English:
A project that took me a long time for the now widespread and well-known Vrs pedalboard.
I drew two versions which I called "with and without wings".
The heel guards have been tested for many hours both by me and by two other riders and from the feedback that came out one preferred to feel the heel delimited by the wings and the other preferred to have the foot free because when braking he often put his heel towards the external. Personally I prefer them with wings because it makes me sure that my foot is in the middle of the pedal.
They screw onto the two front slots of the pedal unit with a 5 mm thick profile.
They can be moved closer to the pedal or further away with a difference of 4.6 cm simply by screwing the two bolts where desired.
As you can see from the video, the resistance is exceptional (even if abused with kicks)
The external sides can be customized to your liking.

Doubts:
-Are we sure that the pedal unit does not move with the two front bolts which are now screwed onto the sill and no longer directly onto the pedal slots? No. Because not only can the two front bolts be tightened with all the force you want (since there is a solid 5mm profile of the heel sill) but then we always have the two rear bolts of the pedal unit that we are not going to touch

-Are we sure that the sill does not bend while driving? No. Because through those two rear wings present in both versions, when you press with the heel, they exert force on the anchoring base of the pedal, not allowing the two heel guards to bend.
