Hydrapeak 3ml vial insert (64 Count)

The 32oz Hydrapeak thermos offers an optimal form factor for storing 3ml research vials, and this insert design fully maximizes its internal volume without sacrificing aesthetics or practicality.

This configuration fits 64 vials total: 56 distributed across the two middle inserts, with an additional 8 seated at the top. To my knowledge, this is currently the highest-capacity vial insert designed for the 32oz Hydrapeak thermos.

I haven’t encountered any tolerance or bridging issues with the bottom insert recesses so far, but if you do, feel free to post them and I’ll take a look.

Edit (1/19): Added a reinforcement extrusion to the prongs as they were too fragile.
