1 Liter Mug Holder - C.A.B.J. (No AMS Edition)

Bring the passion of Boca to your table with this exclusive design! This 1-liter mug holder sleeve is specifically designed to be printed in PLA and best of all, you don't need AMS. I have configured the file so that anyone, from an expert to a beginner, can achieve a professional result with manual color changes.

Technical Specifications:

• Capacity: Designed to fit a standard 1-Liter aluminum cup.
• Material: PLA (Blue and Yellow).
• Compatibility: Bambu Lab A1, A1 mini, P1P, P1S, X1C (Any printer with pause function).
• Configuration: No supports required.

Printing Instructions (Step by Step):

The project already includes programmed pauses in Bambu Studio, but the base logo (C.A.B.J.) requires a little manual attention at the beginning. Follow these steps:

1. Getting Started: The Base Logo (First 3 Layers)

The logo is integrated into the base for a smooth and durable finish. Since it's printed without AMS, we'll do the manual change "on the fly":

• Initial Load: Start the print with BLUE filament.
• The Change Trick: Watch the printer. When the nozzle finishes printing the blue part and moves towards the purge area (where it cleans the filament), press PAUSE immediately.
• Change to Yellow: Remove the blue, load the YELLOW filament, purge, and press "Resume".
• Repetition: You will need to repeat this process (Blue -> Yellow) for the first 3 layers. This will ensure the letters are perfect and well-defined.

2. The Rest of the Mug (Body and Stripes)

Once the first 3 layers of the logo are complete, you can relax a bit more:

• The printer will automatically pause at the configured heights for the yellow stripes on the body.
• You just need to change the filament when the machine prompts you on the screen, purge the previous color, and continue.

Tips for optimal results:

• Infill: I recommend 15% or 20% (Gyroid pattern) for good weight and strength.
• Walls: Use at least 3 walls to ensure the handle is very solid.
• Adhesion: Clean the build plate thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol before starting, as the base logo depends on a perfect first layer.

Safety Note: Remember that PLA is not suitable for direct contact with hot liquids or dishwasher cleaning. This design is a sleeve for a metal insert; always use the aluminum/stainless steel cup inside (the fit with the 3D design is PERFECT).
