Thanks! I was able to print it in TPU with no problem. Petg is a little harder. I'm going to try again with some different settings. I keep breaking the case when trying to insert the phone.

printed with PLA, the description recommendeda PETG or TPU only got the printer working two days ago so I'm new to it. PLA is not agreeable with this. too tight and snapped almost immediately. phone doesn't properly fit BUT that could be because I used PLA and did not follow the instructions and use PETG or TPU.
