Description
I have a specific use case to mount a Blink Pan Tilt Camera on a door frame upside down as shown in the photos. Since I couldn't find any existing models that suits my needs, I've taken the initiative to create a custom mount and share with the community.
The mount is designed to precisely fit the Blink Pan Tilt camera base. It utilizes a standard camera/tripod ¼ inch screw (with a 1cm shaft length) to securely attach the camera to the base. There are 2 designated screw holes for mounting the assembly to the door frame. I am using 8 x 5/8 inch wood screws.
The mount can be adapted for other scenarios, such as wall mounting or positioning the camera in an upright orientation.
