This one is specifically to fit the ThermoFlask 40oz bottles commonly sold at Costco.

The bottle will slide perfectly in and out without much drag and wobble.

Tested this on a 2020 Subaru Outback and 2021 Mazda CX-9

Printed in PETG seems super solid. Only drawback is you have to take off the silicone sleeve at the bottom of your bottle. Fits well in a 2025 Mazda CX-5.

Excellent print, fits my 40oz thermoflask and both my cars. It even fits with the silicone sleeve but took it off so it isn't as "sticky" getting in and out.

will this hold a 40oz thermoflask with silicon sleeve on the bottom of it? what is inside diameter of cupholder? will the lower portion of the print hold a normal 12oz can?

I printed it and it works with the silicon sleeve. I don't think the inner portion fits a regular can. The bottom half is pretty thick so it's quite solid.
