I'd love to understand what happened so I can help! What printer/settings were you using? I've had several successful prints so far, so this might be a settings or orientation issue we can troubleshoot together.

I'm not sure exactly when it happened. I checked on the progress and found the arms laying on the heat ed with strands of filament all over dur to having nothing to attach to. So I can only assume that the supports failed. Haven't experienced that before. I am using the A1 Mini with the generic PLa profile I'll try again in the future and have the time lapse turned in so I can catch when the failure occurs, if it happens again.
