Wall End Cap 100 mm - Magnetic with Cover

This wall termination with grill was designed for 100 mm hoses and offers a modular and flexible solution for various connection options

The wall termination is securely mounted to the wall and enables the quick and tool-free attachment of various elements via a magnetic closure:

• Cover (closed termination)
• Adapter for pipe connections

Both the straight pipe and the 45-degree pipe use the same flange system and can be attached to the wall termination with the same adapter

The 45-degree pipe can be locked in four defined positions via the adapter, allowing the orientation to be optimally adjusted to the respective installation situation

Notes

• Magnets must be inserted after printing
• Recommended print material: e.g. PETG Basic or PLA Basic (depending on the application)

Installation Note

The connection between the wall module and attachments is made via magnets, which must be glued into the designated recesses after printing
The magnet pockets are designed for disc magnets with 15 mm diameter and 2 mm thickness (15 × 2 mm)
When gluing, please pay attention to the correct polarity so that the components attract correctly

The module recessed into the wall must be mounted with the “TOP” marking facing upwards (see Figure 1)
Only with correct alignment can the nose on the adapter (see Figure 2) properly engage, thereby providing additional mechanical support alongside the magnetic closure
 

This locking function is not available if installed incorrectly

My Setup (Example)

In my setup, a Bambu Lab H2D is connected to the system via a controllable inline fan The fan ensures the removal of exhaust air during printing operation

The fan is controlled via Home Assistant in combination with a Shelly Plug The fan is automatically switched on only during active printing operation, thereby saving energy and avoiding unnecessary operation
