2026 World Cup Ball Keychain: Trionda

Design Description: This 3D model is a stylized and "flattened" representation of the Trionda ball. The design captures the essential graphic elements of the original ball through sharp color segmentation, without the use of gradients, ideal for AMS printing.

The keychain features the following distinct visual characteristics, as shown in the digital model:

• Base and Structure: The shape is circular with a predominant black base, featuring an integrated hole at the top for attaching a keyring.
• Official Logos: The design faithfully incorporates the main emblems in relief or distinct colors:
  • The Adidas three-stripe logo in white on a red panel.
  • The official FIFA World Cup trophy emblem in white on a blue panel.
  • The name "TRIONDA" highlighted in white on a green panel.
• Geometric Patterns: The ball's characteristic curved panel patterns are represented by solid color areas (red, blue, green) and black contour lines that define the borders between the different graphic elements, ensuring a clean and high-contrast look.

Printing Recommendations: This model is designed to shine with the use of multiple colors. While profiles are not yet included, please follow the instructions below.

• Multi-color Systems (AMS): Highly recommended to achieve the exact result seen in the preview. Configure the corresponding colors. If you have an 8-color or more system, configure each color normally. However, if you only have 4 colors, it works with manual color changes as follows:
  • Load 4 Colors into the AMS:
    • Black / Dark Blue / Dark Green / Dark Red
  • In the Slicer, configure the colors that are not loaded as below:
    • White = Black
    • Light Blue = Dark Blue
    • Light Green = Dark Green
    • Light Red = Dark Red
  • Create a pause at the end of the last black layer and manually swap the filament spools in the AMS:
    • Black → White
    • Dark Blue → Light Blue
    • Dark Green → Light Green
    • Dark Red → Light Red

  • The final layers will be raised and of different colors

     

• Layer Height: 0.2mm works well for this type of flat model with graphic details. 0.16mm would not be necessary. If you are correcting, pay attention to the correct moment for pausing to change filaments.
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Cubic) is sufficient for a durable keychain.
• Supports: Not necessary.
  
  For higher quality, a 0.2mm nozzle would provide more definition to make the trophy more visible. I recommend it, but it relatively increases print time and the number of changes.
