Little Sucker - Fully Adjustable Fume Extractor

Description
The Little Sucker
A fully Adjustable Fume Extractor in a compact form using a 12V 80mm x 25mm Computer Fan powered by USB C.

Since downloading a lightbox a couple of months ago and enjoying making it, so much so that I ended up making around a dozen for friends and family as Christmas presents, I have started getting into electronics a little bit and trying to incorporate it into my 3D printed designs. As my second project I designed and built a Hand Torch, it was a fun project to learn with but the solder fumes were getting out of hand! :) With these little fans it needs to be quite near your soldering so I decided to incorporate some features of my iPad stand and Model Turner series to get the Fan as close to the action as possible.
Now you can rotate the Little Sucker, tilt the Little Sucker and adjust the height of the Little Sucker, making it a lot more practical .
Little Sucker

Tilt Adjustable 360 Degrees - Rotatable 360 degrees and an optional stand that gives you quick height adjustment taking the fan from 150mm to 210mm in 5mm increments while still maintaining full rotation and tilt.
It comes in three Main Parts, the Fan Housing, the Front Cover and the rear vent (which can also hold a piece of odour removal material). Then if you want to use the tilt, swivel or height adjustment features you will need to print the Tilt Frame & Bolt and one or other of the two bases.

Can be used on its own, with a small stand (it still rotates & tilts) or with the Height Adjustable Stand.
You can build it with or without a 2-Pin 15mm circular switch, but if you don't put a switch on it the unit will start up as soon as you plug in the USB power. (There is an optional cap to cover the switch hole if you choose this option).
You also need a MT3608 Boost Board to increase the voltage to 12v, but you can also skip this if you want the fan to have less suction and it will run directly of the 5v USB power.(not recommended as it wont be very powerful).
If you don't want to use it with any of the stands print the Little Sucker - BASIC Fan Housing - NO TILT which has no connections on the sides.
I have included an PDF assembly guide should you need it.
THE BIG SUCKER - COMING SOON
I will be uploading a Larger version using a 120mm 12V - 24V PC Fan, soon, just need to finish the height adjustable stand for it. All the same components except for the FAN.

NON 3D PRINTED PARTS REQUIRED FOR THE LITTLE SUCKER:
added a link to where I got them from, but they are common parts and probably cheaper elsewhere.
8 x M3 Heat Threaded Inserts
8 x M3 x 8 mm Hex Head Screws
1 x 15mm Round 2 pin On/OFF Switch (if your making the ONE, this is not needed)
1 x MT3608 Boost Board
1 x 80mm x 25mm PC fan 12v
1 x USB C Charge Socket
some 20-22 AWG Wire (around 200mm)
Just for information:
The case will fit a 503040 3.7v 600mAh battery which seems to work well, but apparently the TP4056 unit might supply a bit too much current to the battery and I don't want the little sucker exploding :)
So if you know what your doing ( I don't ) everything fits in easy enough. (pictures below)
