Description
Here is a 1/24th scale 25.5 inch tall UGM-133 Trident II D5 SLBM Model. I tried my best to make it as realistic and scale as possible while still being able to separate the stages. Due to the thickness of the nose fairing I had to reduce the diameter of the W88 war heads slightly. I couldn't find much information/pictures of the Trident II because it is still in commission so they keep it under raps. So if anyone sees anything inconsistent with the model please let me know. Everything should fit together pretty well but you will most likely have to file away the support artifacts were the stages interlock. This is one of the first big models I've modeled and it is 100% my own design. I hope you like it as much as I do!
