Description

This file is for multiple versions of a pearl / inlay cutting table. All styles are double-sided with different geometries for your saw approach per your preference and the work.

There are 3 styles, each on a separate plate:

  1. Flat Clamp Version - Intended to be clamped directly to a table or workbench. This is a totally flat profile.
  2. Pattern Maker's Vise Version - Intended to be used in a pattern maker's vise or other vise where the clamp section is desired to be parallel to the long-axis of the table. The height is meant to help bring it to a more comfortable position and it features stiffening sections underneath.
  3. Bench Vise Version - Intended to be used in a bench vise of other vise where the clamp section is desired to be perpendicular to the long-axis of the table. The height is meant to help bring it to a more comfortable position and it features stiffening sections underneath.

I printed using PLA Tough+ because that's what I had, but standard PLA or PETG would work as well. It should be relatively strong with 25% infill and 3D honeycomb.

No glue or other components necessary.

Currently too large for the A1 Mini, but if you message me I'd be happy to shorten it appropriately.
