Hello everyone, I am happy to present this small spring car. It is 100% 3D Printed, even the assembly tools are 3D Printed

Printing is very simple because everything is already configured in the different print profiles. You can print it without AMS, and the front grille can be printed in two colors with only 1 pause to change spools. For good grip, it is mandatory to make the tires with TPU, moreover, you can only insert the tires onto the rims if you print the tires in TPU between 55A and 85A. TPU 90A and TPU for AMS do not work! If you do not have TPU, you can use O-rings (OR-28.17X3.53) to make the tires and you will even find a set of specific rims on the last plate. If you wish, you can print the tires and rims in one piece with PLA, but the grip will not be sufficient, and your car will skid uncontrollably

Assembly is not very complex, but it is necessary to follow the assembly instructions to the letter, you can also refer to the assembly video: https://youtu.be/UYKwtJxE9L0. Lubrication will give better fluidity to the mechanism and improve performance. As usual, I provide three different gear ratios: short, medium, and long. The short gear ratio is with the parts, the other two are on separate plates

This small car has a second function, you can print the roof that is on the "option" plate to transform your car into an advertising object. The roof is the exact size of a standard business card (between: 55mm x 85mm & 54.5mm x 90mm). Place your business card or logo on the smooth side of the roof during assembly (you can glue it on to facilitate assembly), the roof with the card inserts into the grooves and locks when you finish screwing the side. You can now offer your customers a gift that leaves a lasting impression

Have fun!!!
