Description

Here you can find 5 different templates to use and create your own leather keychains for yourself or as a gift.

I am just starting with the hobby and was really struggling to find templates for small projects and to improve my skillset without investing a lot of money in leather.

Therefore I simply made my own and hope someone can benefit from it as much as it has helped me :)

PS: You can use the holes in template 5 to easier mark a scribeline with your dividers for the top part.

Super clean print - I used a green by Inland on a P1S with a textured PEI plate. These templates are PERFECT for tracing onto leather. I used this in conjunction with a different 3D printed template to make a little bag for carrying to venues - I used this to attach d-rings to the side of what was designed to be a pouch. Super stoked to try the other shapes for similar purpose. Genuinely hoping you post more leather templates. :)

Question about the minimally visible thread in keychain/connector/ How did you do it. As for keychain templates, they are about to replace my cardboard versions. Thanks for sharing.

That isn’t actually thread - I attached that to the side of the bag with a double sided rivet. The pink dots are metallic pink leather showing through holes I punched for a brogue detail to match the body of the bag.

If everything is fine with the model an the print profile why just 3 stars? I am confused to be honest xD If you got inspiration for me what else I could design, let me know
