I loved the design, so 1 i through it was because i use silk filiment. then I tried mat filiment at it still looked like this. then I changed my cart that I printed it on. but nogthing help so I have no idea

i am sorry for this, i am using a textured PEI plate, and the print profile settings are for that. I see you have something else. you tried to optimize the heatbed? i think they are somehow melted...
