Buying ready-made milling templates from aluminum profiles is quite expensive

I used Bosch Profile Slot 8 120x15 here, which cost us about 30€/meter

A hole with a 15mm diameter is drilled 20mm from the edge A drill bit with carbide inserts was used

I deepened the area of the aluminum profile where the screw will eventually sit with an angle grinder so that the screw can be centered within the 15mm profile height

DIN912 M5x30 screws and M5 hammer-head nuts for 6mm slots are used as fasteners

The printed slot plate is inserted on the side with the hole, and the end cap is placed on the other side to protect the profile end
