It allows you to check if your wheel rim is perfectly centered between the locknuts of the hub, ensuring your bike handles correctly and remains stable.

  • Durable Design: Engineered for precision and rigidity to give you accurate readings every time.

Print Recommendations:

To ensure the tool is stiff enough for accurate measurements, please follow these settings:

  • Material: PLA.
  • Walls/Perimeters: Use at least 6-8 walls. This is crucial for the rigidity of the gauge arms.
  • Infill: 10%.
  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed for maximum strength.

+ ASSEMBLY NOTES (PLEASE READ!): +

Pay close attention to the assembly direction (indicated by the markings on the prints) when connecting the arms.

The joints are designed with a counter-angled (tapered) fit to ensure they never come apart during use. Please note: once assembled, they are nearly impossible to disconnect without damage. If your printer is well-calibrated and you are using high-quality filament, the fit will be perfect. To join the parts, I had to use a hammer – yes, a hammer! It is designed to be a very tight press-fit, and it would be extremely difficult to assemble by hand alone.
