Description

This model represents a classic Paris Metro entrance. It is designed as a compact display piece and prints easily with standard printers. This model was printed with PLA, but any Filament should work fairly well!

Assembly

  • The model consists of seven individual parts.
  • All parts are designed to press-fit and hold together without glue.
  • However, adding a small drop of glue at the joints is recommended if you want a more permanent and robust assembly.

Texts & Signage

  • The texts “Metro”, “République”, as well as the station map, are not embossed.
  • They are meant to be printed on a normal paper printer and glued onto the corresponding surfaces.
  • The required PDF is included with the model.

Scaling Notes

  • If you scale the 3D model, you will need to adapt the size of the printed texts accordingly.
  • The individual png files allow custom resizing of the texts and photos to match the size of the model.
  • If you print the model at 100% scale, you can simply use the default size in the PDF directly without modification.
