Ice Scraper with Brush | Fully 3D Printed no AMS

An Ice Scraper with a 3D-Printed brush. Scraper for the ice, brush for the snow. Not much more to say. It is an early version so Your feedback is very welcome!

Also other handles are to come soon.

Assembly:

After printing the brush you need to cut of the b-side like shown in the picture:

Cut flush on the supportive plate where the red line is painted.

After preparing the brush just screw the other parts together, it is a standard M16 thread. 

If you not going to use my print profiles and you slice it yourself pay attention to the following settings.

If the Brush is not sliced correctly set your wall-generator to arachne.

when loading in the brush and the plates a and b load them as one object, orient them and then split them like shown ion the screenshot:

This is mandatory for a more sturdy brush since the bristles are then connected through the whole plate a to the brush.

You do not have to print in in different colours. In fact i would only recommend the multi coloured version when you got a multi extruder printer.
