Rising from filth, ruin, and forgotten depths, the Otyugh stands as a living embodiment of corruption and hunger. This grotesque D&D Monster is a nightmare born of decay, its bloated body dragging close to the ground while massive tentacles coil and writhe above it like obscene crowns.

The creature’s cyclopean eye stares with dim, cruel intelligence, while its cavernous maw gapes open in a perpetual snarl, lined with jagged teeth eager to devour anything foolish enough to draw near. Thick folds of diseased flesh and layered muscle give the Otyugh a brutal, heavy presence, making it feel less like a beast and more like a walking landfill of death.

This FDM 3D-printed model with supports is designed to capture every unsettling detail: the suction-lined tentacles, the coarse skin texture, and the squat, powerful stance. Carefully placed supports ensure successful printing of overhangs and complex shapes, especially around the raised tentacles and facial features, while preserving crisp detail after removal.

On the tabletop, this Otyugh is a perfect boss encounter miniature. It fits naturally as the final horror beneath a city, a sewer god worshiped by cultists, or the lurking terror of a cursed dungeon level. Its pose radiates dominance and menace, making it an instant centerpiece for any D&D or fantasy RPG session.

Facing this monster is not heroic. It is desperate, filthy, and unforgettable

     Guide

Each of my models is printed 2-3 times before releasing the profile. So if you have a problem with printing:

1. DRY THE FILAMENT
2. CHANGE THE NOZZLE TO A NEW ONE.

Recommendations  Guide : In case of a problem with damage to the supports, I recommend reducing the printing speed of the supports by 30-50% and the travel speed to 400mm/s. When removing the supports, I recommend first cutting off the pieces right next to the character, but not removing them, just cutting them off. Remove the remaining larger pieces and only then detach the remaining smaller pieces. This reduces the risk of damaging delicate elements.

  • Please note that if you use a different filament than the recommended one, the effect may be different from my print. For example, printing in silk PLA will look better but the supports and the print itself will be more brittle and less durable.

    Recommendations:

  •
  • 0.08-0.2. In the event of changing the original height, the height of the supports should be changed.

  • PLA+HS, PLA+, PLA, PLA silk Recommended materials are listed in order from best to good.

  • Clean the plate thoroughly before printing.
Make sure the filament is dry and free from dirt. This can damage the print or weaken the support
