Meepo V5 / Voyager / Envy Deck Crash Guard

This is a single-piece Deck Crash Guard designed for the Meepo V5 electric skateboard. It mounts to either the front or rear of the deck, protecting your board from curbs, collisions, and everyday wear.

The design was tested on the Meepo V5, but due to very similar deck dimensions, it should also fit the Meepo Voyager and Meepo Envy (NLS 3). Other longboard-style decks with similar dimensions may be compatible, but fit is not guaranteed.

One file, universal placement – the same part fits both the front and rear of your deck.

Deck edge protection – reduces chips, scrapes, and crash damage.

Simple installation – It is a simple print and install replacement for the existing guard.

Durable design – works best when printed in PETG, ABS, or Nylon for impact resistance.

Material: PETG, ABS, or Nylon (PLA may crack)

Infill: 70 - 90% for the strongest but not necessary

Perimeters: 3–4 walls recommended

Orientation: Print on its bottom face for maximum durability

Printer: Bambu X1 Carbon

This guard is designed for the Meepo V5 deck (~38" × 11") and also fits the Voyager and Envy/NLS 3 (~38.5" × 10").

Fit on other boards has not been tested.

Always test fit before permanent mounting.
